高职教育为“第四代港口”建设培养高技能人才初探

An Analysis on Higher Vocational Education for Constructing "the Fourth-generation Port" and Training Highly Skilled Talents

随着江苏沿海开发上升为国家战略,在江苏建设上海国际航运中心北翼国际化、综合性、多功能的核心大港,建成"第四代港口"是大势所趋。而目前我省高职教育在涉港相关专业人才培养方面仍处在起步阶段,专业建设、培养模式、师资储备、课程资源等方面很难满足我省港口经济发展对高技能型人才的需求。因此,必须分析基于"第四代港口"人才的需求走向,并在此基础上开展高职教育研究,使高职教育在服务经济建设方面更具前瞻性和适应性。

With the rising of Jiangsu coastal development as the national strategy,it＇s a general trend to construct an international,integrated,multi-functional core port,＂the fourth-generation port＂,in the north of Shanghai international shipping center.However,the current higher vocational education concerning the training of port related talents is still in the initial stage in our province.The professional development,the training mode,the faculty personnel preparation,the curriculum resources construction,etc.,all of these are far from meeting the needs of highly skilled personnel in the port-based economic development of our province.Therefore,we must analyze the demand trend based on ＂the fourth-generation port＂,carry out the research in higher vocational education and be more forward-looking and adaptable to serve our economic construction.
