摘要 目的探讨木糖醇及果糖氯化钠注射液对糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法 88例2型糖尿病患者,经初期治疗血糖控制平稳后随机平分为生理盐水组、5%糖水+胰岛素组、木糖醇组及果糖氯化钠组,在9:00~11:00时段各静脉输注以上液体200ml,用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)连续监测血糖变化,比较不同输液种类对血糖的影响。结果四组血糖波动情况无显著差异。结论糖尿病患者使用木糖醇及果糖氯化钠注射液对血糖无显著影响,可替代葡萄糖注射液。 Objective To observe the effects of fructose xylitol and sodium chloride injection on blood sugar in diabetic patients.Methods 88 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,were randomly divided into normal saline group,5% glucose with insulin group,xylitol group and fructose group after the initial blood sugar stablizng treatment.Each group was given 200ml of corresponding liquid between 9~11Am,and their blood glucose levels were recorded by the Continuous Glucose Monitoring System (CGMS) at the same time.Results The blood glucose fluctuations were not significantly defferent among the four groups.Conclusion Xylitol and fructose have no significant effection on the blood glucose levels in diabetic patients.They both can replace the glucose infusion.
