摘要
目的分析动态心电图和动态血压同步监测的临床意义。方法采用英国牛津动态血压仪和TLC4000动态心电图仪对75例高血压患者(男性51例,女性24例)进行24小时同步监测,分析症状与血压及心电图之间的关系。结果 26例出现心律失常和心肌缺血症状时心电图改变与血压波动有关。结论动态心电图和动态血压同步监测有利于分析临床症状与血压、心脏功能之间的关系。
Objective The clinical meaning that the analytical dynamic state electrocardiogram and the dynamic state blood pressure monitor synchronously.Methods Adopt british oxford the dynamic state blood pressure instrument carries on 24 hours to 75 high blood pressure sufferers with 4000 dynamic state electrocardiogram instruments to monitor synchronously,the analysis symptom,blood pressure,the relation of the electrocardiogram.Results 26 the examples appear the heart to disorder to have relation with blood pressure motion with the electrocardiogram change for myocardial to lack the blood symptom.Conclusion The dynamic state electrocardiogram and the dynamic state blood pressure monitor to be advantageous to the analytical clinic and blood pressure synchronously,the relation of of the heart.
