肛门浴液的研制

The preparation of anus lotion

目的：对肛门浴液的制备与质量控制标准进行研究。方法：以理化反应来鉴别甘草、苦参、芒硝；以薄层层析法鉴别荆芥及薄荷。结果：经临床１ ５００ 例肛周疾病患者使用观察，治愈率８１ ％ ，显效率１７ ．５ ％ ，总有效率９８ ．５ ％ 。结论：制备工艺可行，制剂稳定安全，对肛周疾病有满意的疗效。

OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation and quality control of anus lotion.METHODS:Radix glycyrrhizae、Radix sophorae flavescentis and natrii sulfas were identified by their physical and chemical reactions;Herba schizonepetae and Herba menthae were identified by TLC.RESULTS:A clinical observation was carried out on 1 500 cases of anus diseases.The cure rate was 81%.The effective rate was 17.5% .The total effective rate was 98.5% .CONCLUSIONS:The preparation technique was feasible.The preparation was stable and safe.The effefct on treating anus diseases was safistactory.
