摘要
分别采用酒石酸、葡萄糖二酸和邻苯二胺为起始原料,在一定浓度盐酸催化下,加热回流,反应物间通过发生分子间缩合反应,直接关环分别得到:1,2-双苯并咪唑-1,2-乙二醇(1,2-Bis-(1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)-ethane-1,2-diol,H2bzimed)、1,4-双苯并咪唑-1,2,3,4-丁四醇(1,4-Bis-(1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)-butane-1,2,3,4-tetra-ol,H2bzimbd).利用熔点、红外光谱、元素分析以及核磁共振氢谱表征手段确定了上述两种产物的结构;并尝试了不同的反应温度、时间及盐酸浓度对目标物产率的影响,从而确定了此类物质分子间缩合反应生成双苯并咪唑类化合物的最佳条件.
Respectively with DL-tartaric acid,glucaric acid and O-phenylenediamine used as starting material to a certain concentration of hydrochloric acid catalyst,by heating reflux through reaction occurred molecular condensation reaction,directly related to a benzimidazole ring,respectively,1,2-Bis-(1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)-ethane-1,2-diol(H2bzimed(I)) and 1,4-Bis-(1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)-butane-1,2,3,4-tetraol(H2bzimbd(II)) are acquired by condensation reaction. Melting point,infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis and 1HNMR means of determining both the product structure were employed with the response to temperature,time and concentration of hydrochloric acid production rate to determine the molecular substances as condensation reaction benzimidazole compounds in the best conditions.
