The training of student's comprehensive ability by opening the medical chemistry designing experiment

以新鲜蔬菜中胡萝卜素的提取及分离为例,阐述了在医用化学实验教学中引入设计性实验,让学生全面了解科学实验的全过程,使学生变被动学习为主动学习,激发学生的学习积极性,培养学生用所学知识去分析问题、解决问题,对于培养学生探究性学习能力、创新能力是非常重要的。

Taking the extraction and separation of carotenoids from fresh vegetables as an example,this paper elucidates that the students can fully understand the entire process of scientific experiments by introducing designing experiments into the teaching of medical chemistry experiment.Therefore students can change the attitude of study from passive learning into active learning.It can arouse the students＇ enthusiasm of study,and it can also train student＇s abilities of analyzing and solving problems by the knowledge they have learned.In this way students can improve their abilities of inquiring study and innovation.
