培氟沙星与4种注射剂的配伍实验

The compatibility of pefloxacin with four injections

目的：本文考察了培氟沙星分别与维生素 Ｃ、维生素 Ｂ６ 、止血敏及地塞米松注射液在５ ％ 葡萄糖注射液中的配伍变化。方法：采用紫外分光光度法测定培氟沙星与上述４ 种药物配伍前后的吸收曲线变化情况。结果：在室温条件下，０ ～４ ｈ 内混合液的外观、ｐ Ｈ、吸收峰及吸收曲线未发生改变。薄层色谱未见杂斑生成。结论：培氟沙星可与上述４ 种药物混合静脉滴注。

OBJECTIVE:The compatibility of pefloxacin injection with vitamine C injection,vitamine B 6 injeetion,etamsylate injection and dexamethasone injection in 5% glucose injection was studied.METHODS:Solution appearance and pH was assesed,and ultraviolet spectrophotomerty was used to determined the absorption peak and curve.RESULTS:There were no evident changes in appearance,pH,and spectrum at room temperature 25℃ within 4 hours.There was no new substance formed by TLC.CONCLUSIONS:A valuable information for clinical practice is provided.
