摘要
针对在螺旋形橡胶模具内进行的金属流动性实验,提出了基于石膏铸型的流动性实验教学改革新思路。制造了螺旋形石膏模具并在重力和离心力两种压力下进行了流动性实验。对合金流动性的教学改革研究不仅可以使实验教学更好地为生产实践服务,同时也为提高石膏型精密铸造技术的铸件质量提供了依据。
According to the current metal liquidity experiment in the spiral rubber mold,this paper presents a new teaching method for liquid metal liquidity experiment based on plaster casting.Spiral-shaped plaster mold is manufactured and experiments are carried out separately under two kinds of pressure of gravity and centrifugation mobility.Research results can make the experiment teaching more effectively serve the production practice.Also it provides the basis for improving the casting quality by precision casting technology.
