浙江作为沿海经济发达省份，农村劳动力的转移情况在近几年间发生了变化。此文以浙江省为例，依据统计局的相关数据资料，从产业特点、文化水平、转移范围、身份特点等四个方面对浙江省农村劳动力转移的基本情况进行论述，找出其存在的现实问题．并提出了相应的建议和具体措施。

Four aspects carry on the elaboration to the Zhcjiang Province rural labor force shift＇s basic situation, discover its existence the realistic question, and put forward the corresponding proposal and the specific measures.
