介绍蒸发式换热器几种设计模式及影响换热效率的各种因素。有/无填料2种设计模式实际应用情况的对比结果显示,采用盘管与PVC填料相结合的设计模式有以下明显优势:产品制造成本低,检修维护方便,而且由于喷淋循环水温度进一步降低,换热表面结垢现象明显缓解,长期运行的稳定性及换热效率提高。

Introduces different design modes of evaporative exchanger and some influence factors on their performance. Compares the characteristics between two modes with and without packing layer in practical application, the coil and PVC wet deck combination mode displays follow distinct advantages, lower manufacture costs, more convenient for maintenance, less scaling tendency due to colder spray water temperature, much longer stable and higher performance during long-term operation.
