Analysis of the Dosage of Tween 80 in Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections

目的:解析中药注射剂中吐温80的用量。方法:统计《部颁中药标准》中药注射剂中的吐温80用量,以临界胶束浓度为参考,解析吐温80的用量。结果:34种中药注射剂中吐温80的用量在1～20mL之间,以加剂法为主要的添加方式,用量差异较大。结论:中药注射剂中吐温80的用量随意性较大,有待理论依据。

Objective ：To analyze the dosage of Tween 80 in traditional Chinese medicine injections. Methods： The dosage of Tween 80 was collected from the injections in Ministerial Standard, and analyzed on the basis of CMC. Results： The dosage of Tween 80 is the range of 1-20mL, and has the obvious difference with the different injections. Conclusion： The dosage of Tween 80 is at random, and need the more theory researches to guide the rational use.
