正交设计优选抗病毒口服液的提取工艺

Optimization of Extract Process of Kangbingdu Oral Solution by Orthogonel Test

目的:优选抗病毒口服液的提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计,以氧化苦参碱的提取率为测定指标筛选醇提工艺,以腺苷的提取率为测定指标筛选水提工艺,对抗病毒口服液的提取工艺进行优化。结果:醇提最佳工艺为山豆根、百部、重楼用8倍量70%乙醇提取2次;水提最佳工艺为板蓝根、大青叶同上述药渣12倍量水提取3次,每次1h。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定、可行。

Objective ：To optimize the extract process of Kangbingdu oral solution.Methods：The optimum conditions of Kangbingdu oral solution were selected with the active components Adenosine,Oxymatrine as mark by orthogonel test.Results：The most favorable preparative conditions were decocting the drug with 8-fold 70%alcohol, reflux-extractin for 2times .And adding 12-fold water as much as medicine,extracting 3times, lh per time.Conclusions：The optimum extract process of Kangbingdu oral solution is suitable and reproducible.
