摘要 整体政府是20世纪90年代末西方国家公共管理改革的新趋势。它主要强调政府为了实现共同目标而需要实行跨部门的协作。 Whole of government is the new trend of public administration at the end of 1990s, the 20th century. It mainly stresses that government should implement inter-departmental collaboration.
