摘要 以乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料,经八步反应制得新降糖药格列美脲(glimepiride) ,总收率为11 .5 % ,反应原料易得,反应条件温和,后处理方便,适合工业化生产。 Antidiabetic glimepiride is pharmacologically distinct from other sulfonylureas with a profile of potent and long lasting blood glucose lowering effect. Glimepiride was synthesized via eight steps with ethyl acetoacetate as starting material. The total yield was 11.5%. The condition of reaction was mild and suitable for an industril manufacture.
