Development Situations and Strategies of China's Energy-saving Service Industry

我国节能服务产业发展态势迅猛,节能市场逐渐扩大,产业内竞争加剧。在产业发展进程中,企业实力不强、节能融资渠道有待完善、财税制度对节能服务产业造成天然障碍以及缺少能够将技术、产品、服务整合一体的能源管理服务机构等问题已经显现出来。应加大政府宏观调控的力度,借助国内大企业的力量扩张产业规模,利用好财税政策,选择更适合的合同能源管理方式等,大力促进节能服务产业的发展。

The energy-saving service industry develops rapidly in China, and with expansion of energy-saving market, the competition within industry is becoming fierce. In the process of development, many problems appear, such as weak strength, imperfect energy-saving financing channels, obstacles of finance and taxation systems, and shortage of service and management institution of energy integrating technology, product, and service. Hence, we should increase macroeconomic control from the government, expand the scale of industry through the large enterprises in China, make full use of finance and taxation systems, and choose favorable contract energy management pattern to promote development of energy-saving service industry.
