摘要
目前,国有企业人才流失现象严重,已严重影响了国有企业竞争力,成为了企业可持续发展的瓶颈,极大阻碍了国有企业的健康发展。为有效抑制企业人才流失,企业应树立科学的人力资源管理观念,建立科学合理的薪酬制度,创造良好的用人机制,完善能够吸引人才、留住人才和用好人才的有效激励机制,真正做到尊重和关心人才,为他们营造能够发挥自己才能的环境。同时,企业必须转变机制,加快技术改造和技术创新,加快发展,使各类人才对企业的发展前景充满信心,从而留住人才。
Currently, the brain drain of state-owned enterprises is serious, which influences their competitiveness and becomes a bottleneck of sustainable development, limits healthy development of state-owned enterprises. In order to keep the talents, the enterprises should establish the idea of scientific human resources and salary system, create better personnel mechanism, improve incentive mechanism to attract, keep and employ the talents, respect and concern the talents, and construct an environment to play their ability. At the same time, the enterprises should change the mechanism, quicken technical reform and innovation and development, and increase the talents' confidence to the enterprises.
