试论高职旅游管理专业学生的主动学习

On Students' Active Learning of Tourism Management Major in Vocational Education

摘要 培养学生主动学习是高职院校人才培养的重要环节。面对学生专业兴趣不高、职业规划不明确、学习意志薄弱等主动学习因素欠缺,以及旅游从业人员被认为是"服务人员"等对学生积极主动学习的不利影响,高职院校应通过加强旅游管理专业介绍、改进专业教学计划,引导学生制定职业规划,创造良好学习环境等激励学生主动学习,为社会培养高级应用型旅游人才。 Developing students' active learning is an important step of personnel training for vocational education. However, now the students are not interested in their major, not clear about their occupational planning, and weak in learning will, etc. in addition, the tourism employees are sometimes considered as the service personal. The vocational education should motivate students to learn actively and train qualified tourism personnel for the society by increasing introduction to the major of tourism management and reforming professional teaching plan, guide the students to make occupational planning, and create better learning environment.
