应用直觉模糊混合几何算子的大型船舶主尺度决策方法 被引量:4

摘要 针对我国自研大型船舶主尺度要素方案的决策方法,分析了大型船舶在初步设计阶段的主尺度决策环节中应重点考虑的属性指标,阐述了基于传统方法进行设计与优化时所存在的主要问题.使用均匀试验设计法为专家群提供一定数量的主尺度备选方案并分别计算其各项属性指标,使用一种新的直觉模糊决策矩阵存储、处理专家群的评价意见,应用直觉模糊混合几何算子并计入专家意见权重、属性指标权重、算子加权向量等对模糊矩阵进行加工,利用综合属性值的得分函数量化各可行方案的优劣程度并将其排序,最终对大型船舶最佳主尺度方案进行选择.所得算例结果与国外相近吨位同类型优秀船舶的主尺度方案极为接近,此方法的提出对于我国即将开展的大型船舶总体设计研究具一定的参考价值. A simple technique is needed to generate optimal principal dimensions for large vessels.Those aspects which should be considered carefully in the preliminary design of larger vessels were analyzed by the authors,and the main problems that face designers who use traditional methods were carefully considered.The uniform design method was used to provide a number of versions of an original project for experts to choose from.Their scoring of each version's attributes was gathered,and then entered in a new intuitionistic fuzzy matrix that was used to construct an overall expert opinion.The intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid geometric operator processed the evaluating matrix,ensuring the weights of experts' attitudes were counted in,as well as the weights of project attributes and the weighted vector of operator.The excellence of different versions of the project was calculated and all versions were then ranked.In this way a final decision on the large vessel's principal dimension was finally obtained.The results for the example used in this paper were very close to those for excellent foreign vessels with a similar function and displacement.From this it could be concluded that the new method should be helpful when selecting among related designs for large vessels.
