摘要
为观察富硒肝和亚硒酸钠对大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。将6只大鼠分为两组:A组用亚硒酸钠[按Se元素计,6μg/(只.d)]灌胃,B组用富硒肝[按Se元素计,6μg/(只.d)]灌胃。于灌胃第0、4、8、12、16、20天内眦采血,测定血浆和血细胞内液中GSH-Px活力以及GSH、游离巯基的含量。结果表明:①给药20 d后A、B组血浆和血细胞内液GSH-Px活力和GSH含量均明显高于灌胃前(P<0.05);②A、B组血浆中游离巯基的含量略有增加,而血细胞内含量则大幅降低(P<0.05)。结论:经口给予富硒肝可诱导大鼠产生较多的抗氧化物质,增强大鼠的抗氧化能力。其作用可达同剂量亚硒酸钠水平。
To investigate the selenium - enriched liver and sodium selenite's effect on rats' antioxidative ability by measuring the variation of the activity of GSH - Px and the content of GSH, sulfhydryl, six rats were divided into two groups, they were oral administered with sodium selenite (6 μg Se per day per rat) in group A and selenium - enriched liver(6μg Se per day per rat)in group B, respectively, blood were collected, the vitality of GSH - Px and the content of GSH, sulfhydryl were determined before using drugs and at the 4th day, 8th day, 12th day, 16th day and 20th day. The results show that (1) After 20 days, the vitality of GSH - Px are stronger than before and the content of GSH in plasma and haemocyte of the rats both in group A and group B are higher than before ( P 〈 0. 05 ). (2) The content of sulfydryl in plasma of rats both in group A and group B have increased slightly, while the content in haemocyte were significantly lower ( P 〈 0. 05 ). It concludes the intake of selenium - enriched liver can make rats producing much more antioxidative substances and improving the antioxidative ability, and its effect is at the same level with sodium selenite.
