摘要
采用TCL-容量法测定工业3-甲氨基哌啶双盐酸盐的纯度。样品通过薄层色谱预分离后,经消化、蒸馏测定样品中的氮,计算出3-甲氨基哌啶双盐酸盐的含量为98.81%,方法的相对标准偏差为0.087%(n=10)。此方法简便快速,不需昂贵的大型仪器,适应于工业分析。
The purity of industrial 3-methylaminopiperidin dihydroehlorid was determined by TCL volumetric method. The sample was pre-separated via thin-layer chromatography, then digested and distillated in order to measure nitrogen content in the sample. The content of 3-methylaminopiperidin dihydroehlorid was 98.81% ,and the relative standard deviation of this method was 0. 087% （n = 10）. This method is simple ,rapid and does not need costly instruments, it is also suitable for industrial analysis.
