摘要
采用溴酸钾为溴化试剂,以对氯苯腈为底物,合成了未见文献报道的化合物3-溴-4-氯苯腈。对此反应的主要参数进行了条件优化。最佳反应条件为:n(对氯苯腈)∶n(溴酸钾)=1∶1.2,在25℃条件下反应7 h,产物纯度≥99.0%,收率85.3%。其结构经红外和核磁氢谱分析确证。
3-Bromo-4-ehlorobenzonitrile which has not been reported in the literature was synthesized from 4-chlorobenzonitrile with potassium bromate as bromide reagent. The main parameters were optimized. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of 4-chlorobenzonitrile to potassium bromate was 1 : 1.2, the reaction temperature was 25 ℃ and the reaction time was 7 h. The purity is over 99.0% and the yield is 85.3%. The structures of 3-bromo-4-chlorobenzonitrile were identified by IR and NMR.
