Postoperative Analgesia and Nursing of Thoracic Surgery Patients

本文对32例开胸术后病人致痛的原因以及疼痛对机体的不良影响进行了分析、总结。指出选用合适止痛药物和给药方法是解除和减轻疼痛的重要手段,同时,运用正确的护理方法、操作技巧及心理上的支持,对帮助病人克服和减轻疼痛,防止术后并发症的发生也是很有效的。

Through analysis and summarization of patients with pain, the physical adverse effect and the response of patients to pain of thirty-two cases on postoperative thoracotomy have been observed. This paper has pointed out that selecting suitable analgesic and administration are important measuses of relieving pain. Meanwhile, it is very effective of utilizing the proper nursing method, operation skill and psychological support to help the patients to overcome and relieve pain, avoid complication occurence after operation.
