Nursing Experience of Percutaneous Pneumoncentesis in Patients with Pulmonary Neoplasm

经皮肺穿刺活检术为诊断和治疗提供了可靠的依据,本文总结了20例有肺部肿瘤的病人的术前、术中和术后护理体会,术后有6例发生气胸,4例发生咯血,经严密观察发现后做了及时的处理。

The biopsis of pulmonary neoplasm through percutaneous pneumoncentesis were performed in 20 patients. It offered the dependable criteria of diagnosis and treatment. We took careful observation and corresponding nursing care during operation. Pneumothorax (6 cases in 20 patients) and emptysis (4 cases) were the prime complications after operation. The patients with complications were taken corresponding management in time. The related signs should be observed closely.
