摘要
将系统动力学方法应用于区域水资源可持续利用研究,结合河南省实际情况,在宏观调控的基础上,建立了河南省水资源的系统动力学模型,涉及到河南省整个区域的经济、社会、人口、环境等诸多因素,通过计算机仿真模拟,预测了未来几十年水资源的需求状况,改善了水环境的严峻形式,提出了较为合理的水资源配置方案。
Take system dynamics as the method the regional sustainable use of water resources is researched in combination with the actual situation in Henan Province.Based on the macro-control the water resources system dynamics model of Henan Province is established.The model involves in the entire region to the economic,social,population,environment,and many other factors.The computer simulation results predict the demand for water resources in coming decades,improve the autere situation of water environment,and propose a more reasonable allocation of water resources which provides scientific basis for realizing the sustainable development of Henan Province.
