摘要
实现农村义务教育公平的根本在于为每个适龄儿童提供优质的教学资源,提高教学质量。为此,文章对农村学生享受义务教育的起点、教育过程与教育结果三方面进行分析,指出农村学生在享受义务教育过程中存在不公平,从而提出了促进农村义务教育公平发展的策略。
The main way of achieving the fairness of rural compulsory education is to proffer excellent teaching resources to children of school age as well as to improve the teaching quality.And this paper endeavors to make an analysis of the starting-point,the procedure and the result of the compulsory education received by rural students.After pointing out the inequities in the process of compulsory education enjoyed by rural students,the author puts forward strategies for changing this unbalanced distribution of educational resources.
