中学生情绪智力性别比较研究的元分析

Meta-analytic Review on the Studies of Emotional Intelligence between Boys and Girls in Middle School

针对国内中学生情绪智力研究存在的性别差异不一致的现象,使用元分析技术对中学男女生情绪智力研究的结果进行再分析。结果显示:(1)总体上,中学男女生情绪智力得分与1998年初始测试结果差异显著(t男=-1.719,P<0.05;t女=-5.862,P<0.05);(2)中学生情绪智力确实存在显著性别差异(d=-1.63,P<0.05),其中女生在感知情绪和调控他人情绪的能力上优于男生;(3)情绪智力研究存在地域效应,但报告质量、发表年代、样本容量等特征对情绪智力的调查结果影响不大。

For the phenomenon of domestic studies＇ inconsistent gender differences of middle school students＇ Emotional Intelligence in recent years,meta-analytic method is used to review the studies of Emotional Intelligence between middle school boys and girls.The results show that：（1） In general,the scores for middle school boys and girls＇ emotional intelligence are significantly different from the initial test results in 1998（t 男=-1.719,P0.05;t 女=-5.862,P0.05）;（2） The emotional intelligence of middle school students has indeed a significant gender differences（^-d=-1.63,P0.05）,and girls＇ ability in perceiving emotion and emotional regulation of others is better than boys;（3） Emotional intelligence researches have geographical effects,but the effect brought by the quality,the year of publication and the sample size is not significant.
