摘要
采用新型YBCO超导薄膜制备了电性能良好的YBCO/MgO双晶结,研究了它的混频特性并与颗粒边界结、内禀结的混频特性进行了比较分析。通过实验测量发现该新型YBCO/MgO双晶结的中频输出信噪比和响应信号频率是最高的,其谐波次数也较高,相比其他2种Josephson结具有很好的优越性,为制造性能优良的谐波混频器提供了理论和实践基础。
A new YBCO/MgO bicrystal junction is prepared by using YBCO superconducting thin films.The mixing characteristics are studied and compared with the mixing characteristics of intrinsic Josephson junction and grain boundary junction.The analysis shows the mixing characteristics of bicrystal junction are better than those of intrinsic Josephson junction and grain boundary junction.All the work provides the base of theory and practice for producing high-performance harmonic mixer.
