工科专业实验室“人性化、精细化”管理实践

Practice of humanized and meticulous management of engineering professional laboratory

针对高校从事能源领域科学研究和辅助教学的专业实验室的管理问题,提出了＂人性化、精细化＂的管理理念与模式,着重在人力资源的深度挖掘和优化配置、对外开放与功能拓展、支撑实验教学和人才培养、精细化与人性化管理等方面,开展了积极探索。通过实践,为实验室的科学管理和持续发展积累了宝贵经验。

Aiming at issues of managing professional laboratory for scientific research and auxiliary teaching in energy field,the humanized and meticulous management is advanced and practiced.Through practices exploiting and optimizing human resource allocation,opening the laboratory facilities,expanding function of the laboratory,supporting experiment teaching and personnel training,emphasizing humanized and meticulous management,etc.,the valuable and significant experience for sustainable development of an engineering professional laboratory is accumulated at the Thermal Engineering Laboratory of Tsinghua University.
