微穿孔导流罩用于油烟机的噪声控制 被引量:11

摘要 在普通房间对油烟机辐射噪声进行了测量,分析了其频谱特性,明确了噪声的频率分布:能量主要集中在600Hz以下,有比较明显的线谱。针对油烟机的噪声特点,并依据其尺寸,设计了一种微穿孔导流罩,用于油烟机噪声的控制。分析指出:导流罩后腔的深度,对吸声的频率范围有较大的影响。实验结果表明:微穿孔导流罩减小了噪声,使油烟机A声级平均下降1.3dB,有较好的吸声特性,对油烟机的噪声有一定的抑制作用。而且弧线型的导流罩增大了风量。 The noise of a range hood is measured in a common room,and its spectral properties are analyzed. The frequency distribution of the noise is determined,i. e. the energy concentrates below 600 Hz,and there are line spectrums. According to the noise characteristics and size of the range hood,a kind of guide flow dome with micro-perforation is designed and used to control the noise of the range hood. Analysis shows that the depth of the guide flow dome has a big effect on the range of sound absorption frequency. The experimental results show that the noise of the range hood can be controlled by the guide flow dome,and LP( A) at the measured positions are reduced by an average of 1. 3 dB( A) . The sound absorption characteristic is good and it is helpful for the noise control of the range hood. In addition,the arc-shaped guide flow dome increases air volume.
