摘要
介绍了一种针对小型家用热气机的摆筒传动机构。通过对该机构的结构分析以及理论计算和虚拟样机仿真,计算活塞杆下端连接点E的运动参数曲线,利用三坐标测量仪对连接点E的运动轨迹进行了测量,并与理论计算和样机仿真结果进行了比较,验证了理论分析,进一步证明了摆筒传动机构传动的确定性和可行性。同时,利用虚拟样机仿真技术对4个活塞的运动轨迹进行仿真,根据仿真结果可知各活塞运动轨迹协调一致且相位相差90°,满足双作用热气机的传动要求。
This paper has introduced a wobble-member-transmission,which is basically designed for a small domestic stirling engine. Based on the theoretical structure analysis and mathematical modeling,the track of the lower end point E of the connecting rod is obtained; meanwhile,the peer track is achieved by virtual prototyping simulation. Practically,Coordinate measuring machine is used to measure the actual track of the lower end point E,and it is compared with the theoretical analysis results. The feasibility of this transmission has been proven. Finally,the tracks of four pistons of this transmission are simultaneously simulated by virtual prototyping simulation technology, and the four piston motions differ by 90° phase angle,which is suitable for the double acting stiring engine.
