摘要
数控机床液压系统产生的振动与噪声严重影响数控机床的正常使用,是数控机床液压技术诊断与排除中较复杂的问题。采用新型液压泵取代老式液压泵是降低振动与噪声的一种有效途径;正确安装液压泵与管道可以避免回油管道中旋转时吸入空气产生噪声和振动;通过定期清洗油箱及选择粘度适中、又有良好的消泡性的油液可以避免液压系统产生噪声和振动;减慢换向阀的关闭速度可以有效的防止阀口突然关闭产生的压力冲击。
We present four prevention and improvement measures for the vibration and noise of the hydraulic system of a numerical control machine: ( 1) improving the structure of the hydraulic system; ( 2) improving the installation of the hydraulic equipment; ( 3) correctly choosing and using oil; and ( 4) preventing hydraulic shock. The above-mentioned four measures can effectively reduce vibration and noise. They are also valuable for improving the performance of the hydraulic system of the numerical control machine.
