摘要
在90°C水浴加热条件下,采用空气氧化法于弱碱性介质中氧化Mn2+制备四氧化三锰.研究了MnCl2起始浓度、MnCl2和六次甲基四胺的配比、溶液极性对反应产物晶型和形貌的影响.所得产物进行X-射线衍射和扫描电镜表征.结果表明,不同条件下所得产物均为四氧化三锰,而且纯度高、结晶良好,呈球状.
In this study, triamanganese tetraoxide was prepared by means of oxidizing Mn^2+ with air in weak alkaline media under heating in water bath of 90 ℃. The effects of the starting concentration of MnCl2, the molar ratio of MnCl2 and hexamine and the polarity of the solution on the crystal form and morphology of the products were investigated. The as -prepared samples were characterized by X -ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the products obtained under different conditions are all triamanganese tetraoxide which consists of well - crystallized spherical particles with high purity.
