高职院校行政法教学方法刍议

A Rustic Opinion about the Teaching Methods of Administrative Law in Vocational and Technological Institutes

行政法是高职院校法律与公共管理类专业的基础性课程。但是,目前的行政法教学方法较为陈旧,亟待创新。本文以此为突破口,对案例教学法、问题探讨法、专题讲座法、现场教学法、角色教学法、情景教学法、互动教学法等多种教学方法进行了阐述。

Administrative law is a basic subject of Law School and Public Management Department in colleges. Currently, teaching methods of administrative law are outdated and should be innovated urgently. This thesis focuses on teaching methods and gives a deeply analysis of teaching method including case study, discussing, presenting, acting, interaction etc.
