酒店管理专业是高职院校服务类的重要专业,在当前高职教育教学特别是实训教学的顶岗实习环节中存在着诸如实习效果不理想等问题,从加强政府政策引导、建立校企合作长效机制、强化对学生思政教育等方面分析解决当前在酒店管理专业顶岗实习中存在的问题。

Hotel management major is an important major of service industry in the higher vocational universities. The present higher vocatianal education has such issue as ineffective internships of workplacements in practice teaching. The article tries to salve the problem in the way of strengthening the guidance of government policies, establishing the effective long-term cooperative system between universities and enterprises, and emphasizing the students＇ ideological education.
