新疆维吾尔文化促进会(简称维文会)是盛世才统治新疆时期,成立的群众性文化组织,它曾在20世纪三四十年代对新疆民族教育及文化艺术的发展发挥过重要作用,它展开了许多有益于民族进步、民族发展和民族团结的工作,给我们留下了一些值得思考的历史教训。

Xinjiang Uygur Cultural Prompting Association is an organization which was semi-official during Sheng Shieai＇s ruling Xinjiang. From the third to the fourth decades in the twentieth century, it had played a very role in minorities＇ cultures and arts in Xinjiang. It was benefit for many work about nationality＇ unite and development. But it also gave us some historical effects and lessons.
