绿色交通理念在法定图则中的落实与实践--以深圳市绿色交通规划设计导则研究为例

Elementary Discussion on Implementing the Idea of Green Traffic on the Statutory Chart Level: Shenzhen Example

法定图则层面的绿色交通理念落实对于统一规划管理者和规划设计者的思路,实现交通发展战略意义重大。通过介绍绿色交通理念,并梳理绿色交通实现目标;借鉴国内外经验,归纳总结实现绿色交通的五个方面,并采用目标与问题导向的思路,研究了深圳市绿色交通规划导则体系;根据法定图则定位和内容,以城市单元和步行单元为抓手,将绿色交通规划导则在法定图则层面进行落实。

Implementing the idea of Green Traffic on the Statutory Chart level is of strategic significance to unify the thoughts of planning managers and planning designers and to realize transport development strategy. The paper firstly introduced the idea of Green Traffic and systemized its objectives. Then it learned from the experience at home and abroad to summarize its realizing ways, and utilized the goal-oriented and problemoriented approaches to study Shenzhen’s Green Traffic planning guidelines. According to the statutory chart orientation and its contents, the paper centered on the ＂City Unit＂ and ＂Walking Unit＂ to implement the guidelines on the statutory chart level.
