复合钠基膨润土泥浆护壁机理及其工程应用

Stability-maintaining Mechanism of Compound Sodium-based Bentonite Slurry and Its Application in Practical Engineering

对复合钠基膨润土泥浆的护壁机理进行阐述,根据近年来隧道股份引进新型钠基膨润土泥浆在上海及周边地区轨道交通施工地下连续墙工程中应用的相关经验,结合一工程实例对复合钠基膨润土泥浆的实际应用效果及相对传统钙基膨润土泥浆的优势进行简单介绍,并对该泥浆在实际应用中的推广提出几点指导性的建议。

Stability-maintaining mechanism of compound sodium-based bentonite slurry is interpreted.In reference to the experience of Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Construction Co.Ltd.in the application of compound sodium-based bentonite slurry in diaphragm wall constructions of rail transportation engineering in and around Shanghai,the real effect of this new slurry and its superiority over traditional Calcium-based bentonite slurry are briefly introduced here related to a practical project.Several guiding suggestions are given for the propagation of this new type of slurry in future practice.
