摘要 中小型电机的温度监测通常采用人工测温,大型电机使用埋置的热电阻传感器测温,温度保护采取上限控制,故障时往往得不到迅速诊断与保护。介绍了电机本机全方位温度测量保护技术与智能自诊断保护装置的测试效果。 Temperature measurement of manual work is usually used to monitor temper-ature of medium and small-sized motors.Thermal resistance sensor imbedded is used to mon-itor temperature of large motors.Upper limit control is adopted for temperature protection,therefore,fault can not be treated in time as it happened.The protection technique of all-around temperature measurement of motor and testing effects of protective device of intelli-gence and self-diagnosis are presented.
