Diagnosis and Disposal of Vibration Fault of High Voltage Pump Unit

针对高压泵机组的电机振动严重超标的故障,通过测试数据采集分析,结合现场安装调整提高基础板结构的刚度,有效地解决了该电机异常振动故障。

There were excessive vibration faults in motor of the high voltage pump unit.On the basis of analysis of acquired data,rigidity of the basic plate structure was increased in field installation.It effectively eliminated unusual vibration of this motor.
