摘要 莱钢3#TRT发电机组投运后由于动力油系统液压冲击严重,造成设备故障频发,严重制约了发电量的进一步提升。在对莱钢3#TRT动力油系统存在的液压冲击问题进行简要分析的基础上提出了改造措施,采取对动力油管路进行改造、适当降低动力油压力、修改静叶控制系统程序参数及更换静叶阀台和伺服阀等技术改造后,大大缓解了设备运行中的液压冲击,确保了TRT机组稳定运行。 Serious hydraulic impact in the power oil system caused frequent equipment failures in No.3 TRT generating unit after the unit was put into operation in Laiwu Iron Steel Co.,Ltd,so that it was difficult to increase generating capacity further.On the basis of analysis of the above problem,the improvement measures were raised,such as reconstruction of power oil pipeline,reduction of power oil pressure,adjustment of parameter of static blade control system program as well as replacement of fixed blade valve desk and servo valve.These measures greatly released hydraulic impact in equipment operation and ensured a smooth running of the TRT generating unit.
