摘要
莱钢4300mm宽厚板污水处理系统采用较先进的一次旋流沉淀池——稀土磁盘分离工艺技术,利用模糊逻辑智能控制方法理论,结合莱钢实际通过模糊推理运算,经PLC实现自适应模糊PID控制混凝剂加注量的精确控制。解决了处理后的浊环水水质较差和水温降不下来生产瓶颈,为各类水处理投药实现完全自动化指明了一条新的途径。
The sewage treatment system with 4300mm wide heavy plate of Laiwu Iron Steel Group Co adopted an advanced separation technology of primary hydrocyclone set-tling tank-rare earth magnetic disk.Combining the actual operation,through fuzzy logic theo-ry of intelligent control method,precise control of coagulant injection quantity of self-adapt-ing fuzzy PID control was realized by PLC.It solved the bottleneck of poor water quality of treated turbid circulating water and lowered the water temperature,and gave a new way to realize fully automation of reagent adding in all kinds of water treatment.
