作者等在以往的研究中发现小鼠“内关”穴注射胰岛素后产生的降糖作用与静脉注射等量同药一样迅速、强大,而明显强于肌肉或皮下注射,同时发现该作用与“穴位”注射部位吸收速率、血药浓度、及神经系统无明显关系。为了进一步探索穴位给药的作用机理和经穴之本质,根据有些学者认为穴位具半导体性之假说进行了本研究。研究结果显示微量锌可增强“穴位”注射胰岛素的降糖作用,初步提示“穴位”存在半导体性之可能。
Effect of zinc on hypoglycemic action of insulin given by 'Neiguan' injection was stu- died in mice. It shown that protamine zinc insulin (PZI), a slow-released insulin prepara- tion, causes a rapid and potent hypoglycemic effect after 'Neiguan' injection. After 5 and 15 minutes' 'Neiguan' injections, hypoglycemic percentages are higher than those found after subcutaneous and muscular injection correspondingly. A pretreatment of CaNa_2-EDTA results in a significant reduction in hypoglycemic effect occurring after 'Neiguan' injection of PZI or insulin. Hypoglycemic action of insulin- 'Neiguan' injection is obviously increa- sed by adding a trace amount of zinc to insulin. The present studies suggest that zinc can increase hypoglycemic effect of insulin in case, it is injected through 'Neiguan', and 'acupoint' is possible of a semiconductor character, which play an important role in mag- nifying and transfering information when drug is given by 'acupoint' injection.
