The Remodeling of the Procedural Concept in Modern Administrative

行政程序是现代行政法治的基石。文章从现代行政援用程序理念的缘由入手,厘清了行政程序的多种价值,并指出从树立正确的行政程序观念、制定良好开放行政程序法以及完善违反行政程序的法律后果等方面进行重塑行政程序。

Administrative procedures are the important basis of modem administrative law. Considering the reason of applying procedural concept in modem administrative,this paper clarifies a variety of the administrative procedure. In order to remodel system, the author points out the ideas： establishing a correct concept of administrative procedure law and improving the legal consequences of violation of administrative procedures.
