摘要
广交会大厦为内筒外框结构形式,在钢结构精确安装施工中难以采用缆风绳,定位困难,悬挑部位钢结构安装危险性高。本工程采用钢柱门型定位板临时固定及无缆风校正技术、核心筒钢骨柱体系临时支撑加固技术、造型飘悬挑结构高空无支撑整体就位技术等,有效解决了超高层建筑钢结构精确安装的难题。
The CIEF building uses steel-framework and reinforced-concrete structure.It is difficult to position and use slope rope when installing steel accurately.It is danger and slow to install extended-part steel.The steel plate to fix steel pillar provisionally is used only one time and the loss is big.This construction uses door-type positioning board to fix steel pillar temporarily and introduce the no-rope regulation technology.The core steel pillar system is farmed by temporary steel support.The extended-part steel is fixed integratedly at high altitude.By introducing the above technology,we has solved the difficulty to install the high-buildings steel accurately.
