摘要
泡沫混凝土是一种性能优良的环保吸声材料。以泡沫混凝土的成型工艺为基础,加以一定的辅助材料,研制出一种新型水泥基泡沫吸声材料。该工艺简单、新颖,改变了以往单纯依靠水泥浆体胶结骨料,产生少量连通孔隙的传统做法,产品吸声性能优越、成本低、对环境无污染。结果表明,复合引发剂用量、材料容重及厚度对吸声性能有显著影响。
Cellular concrete is one of the quality environment-protective sound-absorption materials.A new type of cement-based sound absorption material was developed using cellular concrete forming technology.And some additives were added in the cellular concrete.While in the traditional method,only a little of connected pores are generated by binding the aggregates with cement paste.This sound absorption material has good performance and low cost,is easy to prepare,and has no pollution to the environment.Experimental results show that the dosage of air entraining agent,mass density,and the thickness of the component of the material have significant influence on its sound absorption performance.
