胎脑黑质脑内移植后宿主重建神经环路的电镜观察

摘要 目的:为了观察胎脑黑质多巴胺能神经脑内移植后,是否与宿主神经细胞重建神经环路,发生神经整合。方法:应用光镜和电镜技术研究了脑内移植术后3个月多巴胺能移植物与宿主脑组织街区的超微结构。结果:证明突触终未之间突触形成增多。结论:移植后宿主神经功能有改善,结合电镜观察含小颗粒囊泡终未支形成突触增多,可能部分移植细胞与宿主产生了整合、重建了神经环路。 Objective: To observe the neural circuit reconstruction and integration between host and grafts following intracerebral transplantation of cell suspensions of fetal substantia nigra. Methods: The ultrastructure of the zone between host and grafts was investigated by using optical microscope and electron microscope 3 months after the transplantation. Results: The number of synapses was increased. Conclusion:The function of the CNS is improved after transplantation. Combined with the results of EM observation that the small granular vesicles were increased, it is concluded that some of the grafted dopaminergic cells form synapse with the host to reconstruct the neural circuitry.
