摘要 目的:揭示MUC1基因在人正常腺上皮中的表达规律。方法:用BC2单克隆抗体和ABC免疫组织化学方法检测腺上皮组织中的MUC1核粘蛋白的表达。结果:MUC1核粘蛋白主要分布于胃粘膜的上皮层和基底部,上皮层内以核周明显,腺须及基底都是弥漫胞浆型;胃窦、胃底的表达无差异。十二指肠及空肠的表达类似,杯状细胞和住状细胞弥漫胞浆,呈弱阳性,两种细胞的表达模式一敷。结肠粘膜上皮层及隐窝处有弱阳性表达,胆囊上皮及宫颈上皮细胞内的表达亦较弱。结论:MUC1核粘蛋白广泛地存在于人正常腺上皮细胞内,但具组织异质性。 Obiective: To study the pattern of expression of MUCI core protein in normal human glandular epithelial cells. Methods: The apomucin 1 protein of MUCI was detected with BC2 monoclonal antibody and ABC immunohistochemistry. Results: MUCI core protein was mainly distributed in the epithelium and the basement of gastric mucosa; it was found in the perinuclear area of the epithelial cells and dispersely distributed in the cytoplasm of the basal cells and the cells of glandular neck. The expression showed no difference between the tissues of the fundus and antrum of the stomach. There was weak diffuse positive cytoplasrnic staining of the goblet cells and columnar cells in the duodenum and jejunum. Reactivity in the goblet cells was similar to that in the columnar cells. Weak expression of apomucin 1 was found in the crypt and superficial epithelial cells of the colon and glandular epithelial cells of uterine cervix and gall bladder. Conclusion:MUCI core protein was widely expressed in normal human glandular epithelial cells but there was a heterogeneous reactivity in different organs.
