抗抑郁治疗对冠心病支架置入术后伴抑郁症QT间期离散度的影响

Effect of Anti-anxiety-depression Treatment on QT-Dispersion of Depressive Patients after Intracoronary Stent Implantation

目的:观察抗抑郁药物帕罗西汀对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病支架植入术后伴抑郁症患者QT间期离散度的影响。方法:将78例冠心病支架置入术后伴抑郁症患者随机分为帕罗西汀治疗组和对照组各39例,在常规冠心病二级预防药物治疗基础上,治疗组给予帕罗西汀20mg/d,疗程12周。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,QT间期离散度明显降低。结论:抗抑郁治疗可降低冠心病支架植入术后伴焦虑抑郁症患者的QT间期离散度,从而降低急性心血管事件的发生。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of anti-anxiety-depression drug paroxetine on QT-Dispersion of depressive patients after intracoronary stent implantation.Method： 78 depressive patients after intracoronary stent implantation were randomly divided into paroxetine treatment group（39 cases） and control group（39 cases）.Two groups were given coronary secondary prevention,and the paroxetine treatment group received for 12 weeks.Result： Compared with control group,the QT-dispersion decreased significantly in treatment group.Conclusion： The anti-anxiety treatment can reduce QT-dispersion of depressive patients after intracoronary stent implantation,thereby reducing the occurrence of acute cardiovascular events.
