光固化复合树脂粘结直丝弓托槽的临床观察

摘要 目的:观察光固化复合树脂粘结正畸直丝弓托槽的临床效果。方法:随机挑选门诊正畸患者118例1838个牙,分为实验组和对照组,实验组用光固化复合树脂,对照组用京津釉质粘结剂,粘结直丝弓托槽,观察其粘结效果。结果:半年后复查,实验组托槽脱落率为11.9%,对照组托槽脱落率为11.4%。1年后复查实验组托槽脱落率为17.5%,对照组托槽脱落率16.5%。结论:用光固化复合树脂与京津釉质粘结剂粘结托槽的稳定效果无明显差异,但光固化复合树脂具有充足的托槽放置时间,定位准确,使直丝弓托槽系统中所预置的数据特征能有效表达等优点,具有临床应用价值。 Objective: To observe the clinical effects of light-cured composite resin bonded orthodontic straight wire bracket.Method: A randomly selected orthodontic treated patients out of 118 cases 1838 teeth were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with light-cured composite resin and the control group was treated with Jing-Jin enamel cement,which bonded straight wire bracket and observed bonding effect.Result: After half a year reexamination showed that the failure rate of orthodontic brackets in the experimental group was 11.9%,control group was 11.4%.After one year,the failure rate of orthodontic brackets in the experimental group was 17.5%,those in control group was 16.5%.Conclusion: Significant differences in stabilizing effect of bonding straight wire bracket,whether light-cured composite resin or Jing-Jin enamel cement,but the light-cured composite resin has the advantages,which was sufficient bracket placement time,positioning accuracy,and the characteristics of the preset data in straight wire bracket system can effective expression,which has the value for clinical application.
