N-乙酰半胱氨酸抗肠道缺血再灌注休克大鼠脂质过氧化损伤的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察补充N一乙酸半肽氨酸(NAC)在大鼠肠系膜上动脉夹闭(SMAO)造成缺血再灌注损伤时,对肠道及远处器官脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:W卜tar大鼠42只,分成NAC治疗组(n一月)和生理盐水对照组(n—21)。SMAO45min后松夹,于松夹后5min给予NAC(50mg/kg)或生理盐水。测定松夹后2、4、6h肠、心、肝、肾、肺组织游离流基(NPSH)、丙二醛(MDA)和髓过氧化酶(MPO)的改变。结果:给予NAC可明显增加组织NPSH的水平,降低MDA和MPO的含量。结论:NAC对肠道缺血再灌注引起的肠和远处器官的脂质过氧化损伤有保护作用。 Objective: To study the protective effects of N-acetylcyeteine (NAC) on intestinal ischemioreperfusion shock and remote organ damages in rats. Methods: Adult wistar rats were randomized into NAC-treated group (n=21) and normal saline-control group (NS,n=21). The superior mesenteric artery was occluded for 45 min and then released. NAC 50 mg/kg and NS were administered respectively 5 min after reperfusion. Tissue samples from the inteatine, heart, liver, kindeys and lungs were collected in the 2nd, 4th and 6th h after reperfusion to determine the content of free thiol (NPSH), malondialdehyde (MDA), and the activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO). Results: NAC could increase tissue NPSH content and decrease MDA and MPO activity. Conclusion: NAC possesses protective effects on ischemio-reperfusion injury induced damages of the intestines and remote organs such as the heart, liver, kidneys and lungs.
